Return an order

RETURN AN ITEM

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not, please contact us at hello@lunarey.com.au to initiate a return. We will then email you with return instructions including return address.

RETURN POLICY

Full priced, and items purchased using a promotional code, can be returned for a refund, exchange or store credit.

We do not accept returns on marked-down sale items unless otherwise deemed faulty.

Initial shipping costs will not be refunded.

Customers have 14 days from the date of receiving your parcel to process a return. Any items received after this timeframe will be returned to sender.

For your return to be accepted, all items must be:

1. Unworn, unaltered and in original condition

2. Have all tags still attached

3. Returned in their original packaging

We are unable to accept returns that do not meet the above criteria.

Lunarey cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage of the return parcel. Please include your name, address, order number and return number in the parcel to prevent delays in the processing or your return.

COST OF RETURN

Return shipping costs and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer. Initial shipping costs will also not be refunded.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item you believe to be faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@lunarey.com.au with your order number, a brief description of the fault and photos or videos of the garment and we will be in contact with next steps.

We do not accept returns on items damaged by general wear and tear. Lunarey reserves the right to determine a genuine fault in the garment. If an item is deemed as having a manufacturing fault, you will be offered a replacement item, refund or store credit.

PROCESSING TIME

Please allow 10 business days from when your return is tracked as delivered back to our Australian warehouse.
