Once an order is placed, our warehouse begins processing it right away, so we can’t guarantee changes before shipment. Please review your order carefully before checkout, including your items and shipping details.

If you need an urgent adjustment, contact us as soon as possible - we’ll do our best to assist. Once your order has left our premises, we’re unable to make any changes.

We aim to have your order packed and on its way within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.

To keep your sets feeling brand new, we recommend a little extra TLC. For the best results, cold wash only using a mesh wash bag on a delicate setting. To preserve the integrity of the fibres and that signature softness, do not tumble dry, simply lay flat or hang to air dry.
